The ZenCash logo contest is now live! There are two rounds of voting

 The ZenCash logo contest is now live! There are two rounds of voting. Voting is done with ZEN, so get your wallets ready and head over to zenlogo.xyz

The rules for vote counting and what we are doing with the ZEN collected in the vote are on the website. Voting starts now and ends Tuesday November 7th at 1800 UTC. Top 7 move to the second round, which is also the final round. We should have a new logo selected by Friday at 1800 UTC.

Round 1 of Voting is Live Now

We have many logos in the contest. These are from ZenCash community members who have taste and a flair for design, professional designers contracted for this work, and professional designers who are members of the community.

Vote as often as you like for as many logos as you want. All the ZEN collected will go back to the community. 50% will be used to commission a metal ZenCash coin with the new logo, and everyone who votes is eligible to receive one at no cost. 

 Top 7 Designs Move to Round 2The other 50% will be paid out to the top 7 designers who move on to the second round, which is also the final round. Of that 50%, it will be distributed:

• 1 - 35%
• 2 -  25%
• 3 - 15%
• 4 - 10%
• 5 - 5%
• 6 - 5%
• 7 - 5%

 This is round one of a two round contest. It starts Sunday November 5th at 0800 UTC, and ends Tuesday November 7th at 1800 UTC.The top 7 designs move on to round 2 of the contest, which will start as soon as votes are tallied, and ends Friday November 10th at 1800 UTC.Votes are made by sending ZEN to the address listed for each design. Votes are by number of transactions made to each address with a minimum quantity of 0.05 ZEN. Sending more than 0.05 ZEN in a transaction does not give the vote more weight.

To vote: send 0.05 ZEN to the logo you are voting for. Make sure you account for transaction fees! Votes with less than 0.05 ZEN will not count!

Vote totals will be counted by a script analyzying the ZEN blockchain and updating the results on this web page. Listed totals may not reflect the current results. People are welcome to view the blockchain themselves at any time to view the vote totals.
