How much does a land cost?

$350 BUSD equivalent in $MNFT.

For how long will the land sale be available?

For 48 hours from the start of the sale. Remember it’s first-come, first-serve.

What are the types of land?

Normal-type Lands

ManuFactory will have 3 land types. Each Land will be given to the player at random via Land Treasure Chests. Lands will all have a different amount of minerals available that refresh on a 24/h span.

Uranium-type Lands

Every land type has the potential of having Legendary Resources like Uranium. More on these resources in the following section.

How many lands are available for each type in total?

•This is the total supply of lands, meaning it also includes the lands already sold in the Private Land Sale.
•Total supply of Lands: 13,500
•For marketing purposes: 1,000
•Sold in the Private Land Sale: 1,155
•Available for Public Land Sale: 11,345

What type of resources can I collect on my land?

Common Resources: are the bloodline of your operation. These are very easy resources to gather by using machinery available in the in-game store or loot boxes.

While of very little value in and of themselves, these resources are consumed to power up all machinery capable of collecting uncommon, rare, and legendary resources, as well as keeping your defense systems running against incoming monsters.

Uncommon & Rare Resources: can be collected by utilizing Pickaxes or Mining Drills, which can both be obtained via the in-game store or loot boxes. As mentioned above, mining drills and other machinery like that require common resources to run properly. These resources can be used to upgrade your mining and defense facilities, both buying new machines as well as upgrading the ones you already possess. Some machinery may request a specific combination and amount of resources to be purchased at the Merchant. Unlike common resources, uncommon and rare resources can also be sold in the marketplace for in-game currency.

Legendary Resources: Uranium will be present in a very low percentage of lands, and the player will require a special pickaxe or a uranium miner to be able to collect it. Those items are exclusive to loot boxes. This means that lands with Uranium will be a lot more valuable.

These resources are the rarer of all and net the highest value in the marketplace. Lands with legendary resources also attract stronger and more violent fauna, engineers looking to start a mining facility on that kind of tile should be ready for a fight.

If I am a landowner, how many workers can I hire for my land?

Each land has 1 landowner, and he/she can hire up to 8 contracted workers and in the land there can be only 4 concurrent players co-op.

Will I be able to sell my land?

Yes, you’ll be able to sell your land once the marketplace is available.

Is it possible to transfer my land from one wallet to another one?

Yes. Once you have minted your land you’ll be able to transfer it outside the marketplace and if you want to reintroduce it to the game, you’ll have to pay a fee to support the in-game economy.
