Poloniex returns unlimited trading for unverified accounts

The Poloniex cryptocurrency exchange returned unlimited trading and unlimited deposits for accounts without KYC. The only limit is set for the daily withdrawal of $10 thousand.

This applies to all new users who need only email to register. They will also be able to use the staking service and take part in contests.
