Is this a long term or short term rise?

Just about every Crtyptocurrency is showing possitive gains in the past 24 hours. Is this the beginning of a rise, or are we just fighting to find some stable ground yet again?

In recent news, Bank of America and JP Morgan have implemented a ban on purchasing bitcoin or any other type of crypto asset with a credit card. Although this is some negative news, I cannot see this having any major impact on the market.

The market cap is continuing to drop as we are down to $382,386,000,000. The last the market cap has been this low was December 10th 2017.

Although the market cap is falling, Bitcoin has rose from its low of $7,796.49 back up to $9,237.31. (According to bitscreener.com at time of writing)

Will the alt coins follow suit? Only time will tell.
