PRE ALPHA - call for testers - "decentralized, permission-less, chain-agnostic service protocol"

Federated Blockchains starts organizing public communications, hinting, code is about to be 70% feature complete and
calls for active coin developers, to apply for a first, closed pre alpha test run, that will start in a few month.
