1. three major goals of Europecoin

a) Be a useful daily bread and butter currency, that is independent from any organization
and is running its own ecosystem including as many mission-critical services as
possible.
Its an holistic approach, to not just focus the coin, but also to pay attention to the
environment around, like services and lobbying / education.
In the future there will be just one factor, that will decide witch very few coins will
survive:THE ADOPTION BY MERCHANTS and SERVICES.
So we don't like to waste time, to ensure basic third party organizations,
are acting well, on our behalf. Thats why we are building so many services.
This may look cluttered and random in the beginning, but will, in the long run,
give us stability, time and power to spread the acceptance of Europecoin.

b) second Goal is to form expert groups and to send them as grassroots lobbyists to
Brussels and to educate decision makers about the benefit of
decentralization of powers.
I have spent over five years as a consultant, providing advise (about social media)
to members of the European Parliament and the ESF.(Europäischer Sozial Fond)
I know how and where to place the expert groups, to give them a voice in Brussels.
Europecoins role is, to show the power of Blockchain technology, by being a working
useful currency.

c) Build a decentralized, Blockchain agnostic and permission less federation protocol to
unify APPS, COINS and SERVICES as an universal network servicebus and gateway.
This is an important element to empower Altcoins and to enable them to bundle their
weight and power, while preserving their diversity. We may have different use cases but
not to different goals.

1. The current projects and their roles in our ecosystem

2.1 Currency

Europecoin, (status: Released)
a user friendly lightweight currency for daily use and for customer convenience, like service APIs, point-of-sales and merchant access. It provides easy ways for customers,
to explore, compare and find products, he likes. At the same time it serves an example,
for a working model, to be used by our expert groups when educating about the blockchain revolution.

For the safety of average users, one of the biggest challenges is, to make him aware about his safety status. Thats why you shouldn't mix Point-of-Sales with stealth and privacy in one single allrounder currency. To big is the risk, for users, to expose themselves by using a misconfigured wallet. At the same time users will not stop to appreciate customer convenience software around them. The solution is to have two wallets tailored to their specific use case in terms of privacy. One decentralized point of sales wallet, that still tries to preserve his private data, but is not stealth. And one pure, dedicated to privacy wallet, that does not risk to offer customer convenience.

2.2 Services

Social Community and local Exchange (status planning)

many exchanges did not grasp how close the relationship between trade and communication is. People like to trade with each other, while they are meeting and chatting.
Especially when it comes to regional face to face exchange, communication is an important part of the trading process. Local Bitcoin is not only ignoring the existence of altcoins, they are also banned in some European countries, because, they are holding customer funds, without having a banking license. So we like to fill this niche by providing a more thoughtful solutions. A portal where users meet and make appointments without having to upload their coins and without having to pay a fee and an embedded social network platform to blend social communication into personal trading. This will help spreading Europecoin and fellow Altcoins to the people.

Federated Blockchains (Status: team building done, now starting)

as you may have noticed, we are trying to empower the Altcoin space as a whole, while building our ecosystem for Europecoin. We are not competition, but a diverse community to make a revolution happen altogether. A big step towards this goal, is our Federated Blockchain Project, that by the way, is also supported by 15 other Altcoin development teams. The goal is, to build an blockchain agnostic servicebus for permissionless, collective and universal access to apps and services. The protocol, we have outlined in our first draft, has following properties:

1. decentralized network servicebus
2. trustless transformation of differences among endpoints
3. separated protocol for sharing, & communication .
4. validation chain for multisig and smart contracting
5. permission less inter-chain and service connections

CRYPTRONIC GmbH (external sponsor)

Is not really a part of the Europecoin project, but my company. Its mentioned here,
because it is not only building point-of-sales hardware and software solutions, with integrated cryptocurrency to €/$ gateway, but also is planning to build a branch based on Federated Blockchains and is therefore providing funds and is hiring developers, to get our Open source Federated Blockchains project started..

Europecoin lobby expert groups (Status: workgroupmanagement done)

The soul of the Europecoin project: Europecoin.eu.org is a workgroup-management enabled community-platform and a currency, to manage expert teams and establish them as grassroots lobbying teams, in Europe. The website provides state of the art intranet-inspired communication and highly interconnected publishing, sharing and marketing tools, to support the teams, Their goal is, to educate decision makers about blockchain technologies and to foster a "decentralization of powers" across Europe.

Bitcoinsulting (Status: rebuilding)

a commercial version of our expert groups, to provide consultants and speakers, to provide jobs and funding to the active Europecoin workgroup members, to give them the economic base, to focus their educational work. The platform has already been built and is currently getting some new features and a better integration into the main workgroup management of Europecoin, before relaunch

1. Europecoin Wallet

Its build on 1.13 Bitcoin core. We ported the HODL concept and added "Bitbreak" (own development), a blockchain shield, that moves the chain, if the hashrate drops under a certain value (simplified: it's a micro mining cloud in the wallet)
We added a also self developed DUAL-KGW3 retargeting algo for realtime aggressive diff retargeting. Its (also simplified) a second, hardcoded KGW3 thread, that can be checked against and used to leverage the diff retargeting. Its providing more speed, smoother transactions and is favoring solomining wallets, because the leverage kicks in, if you hit a block earlier than target time, to lower the impact of mining pools
(5 min / 10 MB/per block)
We also enhanced and cleaned the code, done by performance guru Chris, the BITSEND DEV. You will feel the difference!.
This is not really a clone, but its a port of HODL's RAM / CPU mining concept plus some enhancements, we learned from using HODL.
Europecoin has been a former scam coin, that got rebooted and taken over 1 1/2 years ago. It had a supply of 90 million and a total amount of 320 million coins.
(Bittrex last price 701 staoshi, 0.5-1 BTC volume)
We swapped the coins 10:1, means: now there are 9 million coins supply and 32 million total in 15 years.(new price on Bittrex 6500-9000 satoshi 2-12 BTC volume)
