Time to cash in or cash out?

Its funny most articles I have seen from the financial side of things is this is a bubble get out and run for the hills,
but anyone who is technical or pro crypto thinks this is a perfect time to buy.

Which do you think it is? And what are your top 3 coins that you think will have good returns and why?

I just added 1000$ USD to my portfolio, TO MOON OR BUST!

1. Golem - The first P2P fully shared resource infrastructure, one day I think this network will do great things not just for technology but mankind (protein folding)
2. TenX - It's functional, its usable and they have an aggressive timeline. I see great things for this in short term.
3. Ripple - This is a long term gamble, don't have a lot invested to don't expect a large return, interesting technology tho.
