My Entry for the Streamity Graphics Contest.
The Streamity Project is a decentalized platform which allows for peer-to-peer exchange of cryptocurrency for fiat currencies with the use of smart contracts. This means the problem of third-party interference is eliminated which benefits the user in the sense that issues of hacking, over-pricing and unnecessary hike in rates of crypto-tokens by sellers to maximize their own profits; are all mitigated by Streamity by smart-contract matching and price check by aggregating market capitalization from major cryptocurrency exchanges.
Agreed, there are a lot of cryptocurrency exchange platforms but these platforms have failed to ensure security of their users tokens, escrow charges unfair pricing, abused trust scammers amongst others. This led to the creation of Streamity, this through smart-contracts aided by Blockchain technology.
A case scenario is one which happened to an associate of mine who wanted to invest in Dodgecoins and joined an already compromised platform on telegram where he asked to purchase 50,000 fiat currency worth of Dodgecoins. He was instructed to send the money first,then his tender would be sent to him; upon which having done so, he was kicked out of the telegram group without a means to get back neither his money nor his requested Dodgecoins. It is situations like this Streamity wishes to counter and hence provide a secure means of cryptocurrency exchange.
My Design
The reason I chose this design is to illustrate a secure mean of currency exchange, the hand representing the gesture of cryptocurrency exchange which is in this case the coin and this process secured by Streamity represented with their logo at the center of the coin, to ensure a fair and safer means of currency exchange.
