Government Shutdown VS Cryptos

What will we do if this government shutdown effects cryptos? Most of us need a reliable income and even that isn't enough. Living paycheck to paycheck is so bad for a big percentage of the U.S. that we need another income due to the low minimum wage that the government has set. If this shutdown is effecting our money, then would it effect other things like cryptocurrency? If so, what will we do?
