Kryptown -- ITO/ICO platform --
You surely have already heard about ICOs and trading in this world of cryptocurrencies and you must know about equity trading in the standard market. In this type of trading, peoples can invest in some enterprises. But unhopefully, only some transcontinental firms can afford to enter this maket.
So how can a startup enter this market so they can be founded by investors? They cannot... Until now! (Wow! so much suspens! ;P)
Introduction
Let me introduce you KRYPTOWN! An ITO platform (ITO stands for Initial Token Offering), it consists of 2 differents parts.
1. First part: funding
To be able to enter the market, the startups must write down a whitepaper and a business plan which will be analysed by a lawyer, a statutory agency and a rating agency. The startup will be analysed and once the validations are done, the startup enter the market and can be founded by investors.
Investors can be informed on the project, they can access to the team description, the whitepaper, even the previous project on the fouding page.
To found a startup, we must select the one we wanna found, credit our wallet using a bank transfer or our bank card (payment are made within 48h and Kryptown funds itself by adding a small contribution), then we buy a nominative token we can trade, transfer, sell.
2. Second part: trading
Once we bought our token and once the funding part is closed, we enter a second market where we can trade our token.
That make the price very volatile, but it's independant of any currency (except maybe FIAT), cause the token only represent a percent of the startup's profit, so the price grow with the profit of the startup and the supply and demand law.
Each token are hosted on a private blockchain, owned by Kryptown, in Proof-of-Authority network, that makes each token independant and allow startup to be fund.
Kryptown : itself a startup
Kryptown is a french startup (ironical isn't it?).
Kryptown was awarded the label of the Finance Innovation Cluster, a global competitiveness cluster created by the French government under the impetus of the Paris Financial Centre in 2007, and recognised as being of general interest.
few Issues
Because of its nationality, Kryptown accepts only euros for the moment, and the site isn't translated in english yet (fortunately for English speakers, google translation exists).
