An Inter-dimensional Pilot


I just finished watching an episode of Rick and Morty yeah!! Rick and Morty, a thought struck me, Rick has an interdimensional laser beam ray I’ll just call it an transport ray which helped him transport around the galaxy to get anything he wanted and he enjoyed all the loyalty from these stores especially the bars :) because with the single push of a button he could go get his reward from whichever planet **what a life :) **.

Okay, back to reality, we are not Rick neither do we have an interdimensional transport ray, yet we go around buying various things from various stores hereby accumulating various customer points which should be rewarded, but we either have to continue going these particular stores to buy things we don’t need just to materialize these points or use them to get other things we don’t need. Can’t we just get value from whatever customer point we have in any store? Can’t we just use these points to get something better than coupons or other things we might not need? YES WE CAN!!! How?? qiibee.

Qiibee


Qiibee is a loyalty market on blockchain, more like a centralized market for decentralized markets. Qiibee can be thought of as a loyalty ecosystem or platform on blockchain where loyal customers can get loyalty rewards (tokens) from various brands due to points earned. With this, qiibee is eliminating strongly faced issues in today’s loyalty market, such as; not flexible, fragmentation, redundant loyalty, to say the least.

The Problem

Not Flexible
Companies at times lay down some “ground rules” with which a customer may earn points or even earn loyalty. These rules may not be in the customer’s favor sometimes, as according to Fruend (2017), “an estimated USD 100 billion in points are left unredeemed by members”. So why are these customers not redeeming their loyalty? I’ll paint a quick picture “I’m on a road trip from California to Texas and back, I stop at Illinois to buy gas while the whole group that tagged along buys things in the supermarket using my credit card and I get informed by the clerk that I am eligible for some rewards. I return back to California, try to use the reward using a third-party loyalty market platform and get an error “reward unavailable in this region” “. Now I must decide either going back to Texas to use my reward or do the obvious, which is forget about the reward.

Fragmentation
The loyalty market is occupied by a large number of loyalty programs, hereby ”fragmenting” the customer’s choices in selecting a suitable program. Some may have a good loyalty system set up but rigid rules, others; may not be secure, may not offer good rewards and so on. These often leaves the customers with an endless list for programs from which to choose from and the result; low usability of funds or in other words “futility”.

Redundant Loyalty
A good reward when earned the first time seems the to be world’s be gift, but as humans, when we started receiving exactly the same gift it tends to be exhausting and no longer valuable. Imagine a customer who receives a loyalty of 10% off products bought once every day for a week hypothetically :) this would leave the customer frustrated with thoughts of buying things not needed just to use the reward or entirely forgetting about the loyalty.

Loyalty markets, brands and customers all have one thing in common “loyalty”, now this loyalty always involves two steps “reward” and “redemption”. The qiibee loyalty program which has been implemented on blockchain is set to provide customers with access to redeem their rewards as tokens. These tokens can then be freely exchanged on blockchain or cashed out. Engagement as they would be interested investing tokens and interactions within the loyalty ecosystem.
Limited Costs as the brand’s program is built on the qiibee platform, set up costs will generally be low.
Security through the use of smart contracts rewards and redemptions can be performed securely.
Control as brands and customers can either exchange the loyalty token for other cryptocurrencies or cash out through third patty integrations.

Improved Customer Experience


Customers are set to enjoy wonderful features from qiibee, and a standout being “exchanges”, users will tend to have smiling face moments as they can easily exchange their loyalty tokens for other cryptocurrencies. A Personal Experience


Living in a developing country can be tasking and would require constant information of whatever is happening outside there. So here’s the short story;
I went over to a supermarket to by a personal computer, after I finally paid out using my dad’s ATM card and I got excited to use the new PC. My dad came home saying he was given a lot of loyalties from the supermarket. But dad never returned to that supermarket as it was far away from us”.

Things would have been different if I had qiibii . As I would have redeemed the loyalties… made investments, maybe riding my own car *I am allowed to dream though :)

qiibee is set to improve the services offered in the loyalty program. While qiibii is set to make changes within themselves, it is also necessary to point out the plan of quiibee.

Im failing to understand where value of Qiibee will be coming from? in steemit value = content and human traffic. what about Qiibee?

Firstly, qiibee already is a loyalty market with existing brands. so its integrating blockchain to its existing foundation.

qiibee value = brands rewards and human traffic.

Going further, qiibee already has 900+ brands they are working with and soon to get more.

now each of these brands has customers and these customers earn points. These points are curated using the brands' app and then converted to qiibee tokens or qbx for short.

the more the customers use qbx .. the more it grows .. and vice versa "you get the picture" :)

Imagine the customers of 900+ top brands in the world... be sure to see qiibee rising
