interesting project and comprehensive explanation. Not sure how this compares to Substratum or other projects, but if it's simple and easy to spin up a node, and can develop, it should solve a problem of robustness, reduction of bottlenecks etc., until fibre-optic infrastructure arrives. By then it could become another layer or something...? I notice Hedera Hashgraph is a partner?

As per my understanding of NOIA, it is a project with focus on decentralizing the CDN market.
It is providing to increase the reach and speed of the internet even in places where conventional CDN operations are not viable.
