TAO'S STEEM ON DASH | The Need For Crypto Anonymity
Under the guise of combating terrorism, the European Commission is moving towards creating a centralized database of all Bitcoin users and holders.

How convienient for them, to be invading people's financial privacy while claiming it to be for noble goals.
The truth is, they do not want Bitcoin to succeed because it is decentralized and under control of no one. It is a threat to their capital controls, and governments do not like losing control. They introduce more laws to try and enforce their vision where every financial transaction is in plain view. Unfortunately for Bitcoin users, this is possible to do right now, as Bitcoin is not fully anonymous, and there are companies whose sole purpose is to expose Bitcoin transactions and tie them to their users.
How can Dash avoid this?
Dash is a decentralized anonymous currency introduced in 2014. It's founder, Evan Duffield was a big proponent of anonymity in Bitcoin, but his ideas were rejected by the core developers, who favored sticking with the pseudoanonymous status quo. He then founded Darkcoin, which would be rebranded to Dash.
Dash is fully anonymous due to PrivateSend (formerly Darksend) technology. It is an ahead of time mixer which works at the protocol level to mix inputs from various users and output them back to the involved parties in different denominations, rendering the still-clear blockchain impossible to decipher where each output came from. Users of PrivateSend cannot be traced, therefore would not have to succumb to a governmental database.
If they can't find you, they can't track you!
If maintaining your privacy and staying off of centralized databases is important to you, it's time to switch to Dash!
