You are new on steemit you will see that it is not easy to move to the top here. But thank you very much for the motivation boost :)
But it is not impossible. But there is no doubt that it will work very hard for this.
Yes you need to work hard but also need the right people voting for you! I am working on a project which is eating a lot of my time so there is not much time left and that little time I have I use it for my crypto news.
