Sadly, ShapeShift does not serve people living in the US state of Washington, but I'm sure it's a marvelous thing. This is one of the most "restricted" states (financially) in the US... and it's all because of the legalization of marijuana (a pretty "progressive" thing) which has caused state laws to clamp down on any payment methods that are not 100% traceable... so the state can collect its fees and taxes.
