Apparently, the largest South Korean Ethereum exchange, Bithumb got hacked and ether may have been stolen. I think this is leading to more uncertainty with Ethereum and a drop in price as ether is very popular in Korea. I do agree that buying low is wise and that ether will be back over 400 by the end of the year.
