No complaints about the services Shapeshift provide, definitely one of the easiest platforms to use. However their fees are ridiculously high! So if you do use their service just keep that in mind.
I have said the same to people about the fees, regularly here.
I turned down a trade last week when I really wanted to swap something for a bunch of $EOS / $EOS. I love the project and really need more and believe in them.
