Real Estate business is one of the largest, most diverse and most profitable business you can be in. It has been around for very long and its strength is that it usually provides a nice, stable and constant revenue.
REITs have also been around for a while now, and are one of the easiest ways of getting in real estate business. If you are not familiar with the term, REITs, or real estate investment trusts, are companies that own or finance income-producing real estate in a range of property sectors. Most REITs operate along a straightforward and easily understandable business model: By leasing space and collecting rent on its real estate, the company generates income which is then paid out to shareholders in the form of dividends.

First dividend payment will be in July of this year, and after that GLOBAL REIT aims to acquire 3 more assets. Second asset will be residential building in U.A.E. worth around 225 million USD, third asset will be a Shopping Mall, also situated in U.A.E., with the fourth and final planed assed in this year coming in December in form of a hotel based in London.

This sounds like a very interesting project that combines one of the oldest and most stable business with the all new technology, and is very likely to be very successful. One sign of success is that the team has reached it’s soft cap of 10,000,000 USD in just 5 days!

GLOBAL REIT TOKENS
The GLOBAL REIT tokens are ERC-20 standard-based Ethereum token.
