Todays digital world is dominated by just a few big superpowers. We all know who they are, so there is no point in naming them. The problem with this situation however is that those tech giants can force users into a certain behavior and user scenario that they have designed to work best for them. By doing this they can capture the value that the end user is creating.

The team behind CARDSTACK project believes there is a better way, and has presented a new project which aims to open up digital world and put up a fight against digital superpowers.
By providing a platform based on blockchain and P2P CARDSTACK can provide a toolset that unlocks the potential of the decentralized Internet.

By using this new platform, Developers can create powerful, card-based blockchain apps.
Cardstack Framework is a comprehensive SDK and at the core is Cardstack Hub, which orchestrates data and value transfer across multiple blockchains and the cloud. Important thing to note is that the whole platform is 100% open-source.

The heart of the platform is CARDSTACK token (CARD). It is design with a purpose of creating a sustainable marketplace where developers are rewarded fairly, while allowing users choose and combine mix of software services to fit their needs.

Here is how the system works. When a user spends CARD token, it is sent to reward pool. By measuring who many and how much every user is using certain apps (usage data is anonymous) the rewards are distributed to the apps’ creators and contributors by using payment and governance system that is in the hands of the community. This system seems quite fair and revolutionary.

The CARD token will also be minable. Not in a traditional way of calculating math algorithms, but by calculating how much each developer will get paid.

The brain of the system is a protocol called Tally. It eliminates some of the flaws of the early blockchain apps while —dramatically improving the experience and reducing the demands on the Ethereum blockchain. It also gives dApps large amounts of power, similar to those of tech giants. Tally can be mined using traditional GPUs which means that the infrastructure is already out there! With its power CARDSTACK project is hoping to soon challenge the power of tech giants!

CARDSTACK TOKENS (CARD)
The CARDSTACK token is an ERC-20 standard-based Ethereum token.
Tokens will be offered through the Initial Coin Offering (ICO). The offering will be open to the global public (crowd sale). Token Issue Volume max. During the Token Generating Event is 6,000,000,000 CARD tokens.
