Expanse to Release Blockchain Citizenship and Governance Platform, Borderless.tech

He has been working on his Ethereum fork, humming away with his own vision of a Javascript-enabled Smart Contract Decentralized Citizenship Governance platform anchored onto the Expanse Blockchain (http://borderless.tech).

Expanse has gotten some attention lately as a safe haven for those displaced into exodus from the Great Ether Shakedown of 2016.

I like to joke about how Ether's only secure option now is to anchor onto the Expanse Blockchain.
Anyway...
I've made my way around the boards and community, and Ive found this one to be exceptionally helpful, passionate and encouraging.
While most coins begin with an ICO these days, Expanse was released to the masses as a quiet addition to Poloniex, with around 2 million coins in circulation and 8 million under lock and key to be used under the voting guidance of EXP holders (sound familiar?) ensuring financial sustainability.
So far, Ive only seen fantastic communication and community interaction from these guys.

I think the project is pretty interesting, especially in the light of the Brexit and further political turmoil across all the globe.
I think there is a whole generation of us eager to abandon the old ways in favor of something that is collectively empowering.
