A few hours ago, more than 100,000 bitcoins have been stolen from Bitfinex exchange.

The exchange Bitfinex has had to suspend transactions on its platform because of an apparent robbery of bitcoins. According to different reporting methods (see Reddit), 119,756 bitcoins have been stolen.
So far, Bitfinex has not indicated the exact amount of bitcoins that have been stolen. According to the official statement, the exchange is investigating the failure to determine what happened and who the users who have been affected. Therefore, they have put the site in maintenance mode to prevent further transactions.
By the time of the theft, 120,000 bitcoins amounted to more than 60 million.
Bitcoin price has fallen by more than 20% after the robbery.
