Probably going down a bit more. These ICO bubbles got so far out of hand that it was inevitable for a correction to take place. It's still going to be way way up compared to the beginning of 2017.
not only are there so many ICO's... a lot of them are scams. I can't believe people have the audacity to plagiarize their white papers and code.
