Yes your right Austria, Switzerland, Estonia and the Scandinavian countries are much more open and forward with cryptos ICOs blockchain etc but to see a state own coin I think it will take time. Estonia tried with the Est-coin but the EU and that mofo Mario Draghi said no. Gibraltar and Malta looking good as well so maybe they will come up one day with a state own coin.
After the murder of that journalist in Malta ...Gibraltar looks shady ... I don't know...I would go to Acapulco with @dollarvigilante hahaha
