Ethereum sent a shockwave through the markets yesterday reaching record highs and causing heavy congestion on the exchanges. High network traffic was blamed after Coinbase became unavailable for a several hours leaving users without access to their funds.
While Coinbase is back online and everything is running smooth many newbies are left asking, what are the Best Ethereum wallets? How do I keep my coins safe?
It appears we are in the wild west of blockchain technology. There are very little rules and regulations. While most of these websites and exchanges have good intentions there's no telling when one might fail. It's important to stay educated and protect yourself. Don't store all your crypto currency in one wallet or on an exchange. Make sure you have your own private wallet. It's advisable to physically print and store your private keys in a secure location.
