With the enormous rise of blockchain technologies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, it has become very common that companies have demand for specialized workers or workers who at least have an understanding of the blockchain and its possibilities.
This demand has not been sufficiently fulfilled by traditional companies. For example, finding a web engineer or a team of web engineers who are capable of creating apps that are blockchain-related or even blockchain-dependent has become too difficult a task. There have been some efforts made to fulfill demands for digital blockchain workers such as Ethlance, but they are not sufficient. Some go as far as to use traditional channels with very little success and a lot of frustration afterwards.
There is not a definite solution for the problem of digital workers who are interested in and want to work with companies that are involved with blockchain projects.
This is exactly the problem that Varnzen is looking to solve.
There are several key advantages that Varnzen will have in comparison to solutions that already exist.
The first important advantage is that Varnzen will be completely focused on blockchain projects. There is already a significant number of websites that deal with traditional projects and we don’t want to be just another name on that list. We want you to think Varnzen when you think of where you can get the people that you need for your new or already in-progress blockchain project.
The second important advantage is that Varnzen will only deal in cryptocurrencies. Project-owners will be given the option to put their bids in different cryptocurrencies. Here is a tentative list of the cryptocurrencies that we currently plan to give the option for project-owners to use:
- Bitcoin
- Bitcoin Cash
- Ethereum
- Litecoin
- Dash
- Zcash
- Monero
Of course, this list is subject to change in accordance to what our users request and will be updated on a regular basis. The owners of the projects will also have the option to give a budget that they are willing to work with which will be shown in order for workers to place their bids. Naturally, they workers will also be able to request payment using the list of cryptocurrencies above.
The third important advantage will be the user experience. We know what the differences are between an inviting, intuitive user experience and what you normally get. We use design thinking, first principles and an array of other user-centric practices in order to make the process of placing work or getting work using Varnzen as easy and smooth as possible.
We will be showing you what the user interface of Varnzen will look like in the upcoming weeks and naturally, we will listen to all feedback and integrate it into our designs moving forward.
