Actually, that is pretty smart.
I have employed similar methods with a few things in my life.
... but you cannot do it with politicians.
They never really perform at all unless it is a performance..... to benefit them.
No, you can't do it with politicians but you can do it with cryptocurrencies. And with mining-exploration companies.
