Passive Income and No Brokers!!
Spectre the worlds first brokerless financial trading platform is built on the Ethereum. Their platform allows traders speculate on price movements in various commodities and to then wager a sum of money on the outcome.
Spectre wants to solve the problem of unethical brokers, which is definitely a tall task to tackle! In a traditional brokerage a trader bets again the brokers balance sheet making the traders losses the brokerages gain. This conflict of interest has led to brokers committing unscrupulous acts such as, directly betting against clients and even going so far as to not allow withdrawals from traders accounts.
Spectres solution to this problem is the liquidity pool. The liquidity pool is a decentralized trustless gathering of assets that a trader can speculate against instead of a traditional brokers balance sheet. In contrast to the way brokerages only get paid when a trader loses in the current regime, the owners of the liquidity pool get paid strictly on the volume of the bets. This means that no matter who wins the owner still make money as long as bets are placed. Spectres strategy takes away the incentive for the owners to attempt to defraud their clients.
One question you may be asking is, who owns the liquidity pool? The answer is anyone of us can buy one of spectres dividend tokens and become a partial owner. These divided tokens pay a normal 2% of all volume done in the liquidity pool out to owners while also giving opportunities for special dividends!
These dividends are paid in ether and will provide a steady source of income well into the future. The prospective dividend yield is estimated to be over a whopping 50%. The scary thing is that's only for the first year. Spectre expects the volume of their liquidity pool to be over one BILLION dollars by 2022. Thats a lot of fees for any long term dividend token holders.
Well that's all for my review of the passive income aspects of SPECTRE have a good day and HODL strong.
