Currently, there are no exchanger that allows direct purchase of Bitcoins using Paypal because of charge back issues. But, we can use other virtual currency called SLL (Second Life Linden Dollars), to be the middle man in trading bitcoin with paypal. In Virwox, The Virtual World Exchange, you can buy virtual currency like SLL, OM¢ and ACD, and used it to buy Bitcoin. Other payment processors can be used on this site namely Sofortbanking, paysafecard, Skrill and OKPAY.
