Apple Officials encounters jail in France after court action over slowing down iPhones

A French team has released a legal judge action against The apple company over its plan of reducing down the speed of old iPhones in a case that could see the Apple's officals locked up and cost it 5% of its earnings if found guilty.
The case by Halte à l’Obsolescence Programmée, comes after legal cases were released this 7 days in the US against The apple company for identical reasons.
The case was registered on Wed in the London prosecutor’s office.

“Apple has put in place a worldwide method of designed obsolescence in order to enhance its sales” of new iPhones, the team said.
HOP considers that the US company can be charged over the selling of all iPhones in France since the induction of a law in Aug 2015 that made it against the law to “deliberately decrease the life expectancy of a product to enhance the rate of an alternative.”
The fit will be observed in a legal arrest if prosecutors decide it is genuine.

The highest possible charge is a jail phrase of two years, a fine of up to 300,000 dollars, and five % of the firm’s yearly revenues.
