RECIPE - "Millet with vegetables"
- Put the pumpkin and beet cut into pieces in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 º with a little oil and salt on top.
- In a pot cook the chards for 10 minutes and reserve
- In another pot we put the millet, so that it comes out well we must put it in boiling water and lower it to low fire and cook covered for 20 minutes, we must add a little oil, salt and I added turmeric, curry and black pepper.
- Then in a frying pan add the vegetables, then the millet, and add nuts, I added raisins, pistachios and chopped nuts.
- The linseed has to be soaked, I soaked it for two or three hours but the ideal is to soak it for 6 hours.
- The final step is to drain the flax seeds and add them and stir everything very well.
