It is very interesting to make use of the Steem platform to harness the wisdom of crowd. Not long ago, during the FIFA world cup season, I too attempted an experiment to test if the Wisdom of Steemians can predict the outcome of football matches with better accuracy than individual guesses. The result was quite amazing and it goes to show the power of crowd.

In addition, I also believe that Steem is a perfect platform for decentralized content crowdsourcing. With that belief, I also went ahead to engage an external company and helped them to crowdsource for some articles. The result was not very satisfactory, but I attribute it to the fact that there was not enough publicity and the active users on Steem is still relatively low. I think as Steem progress as a platform, such initiatives will be able to take off.
