Types of Investment
1. Exchange Value
You will be able to freely buy Crodlitoken's CRTs on various exchanges. By doing this, you will not be subject to KYC/AML requirements, but you will also not enter into Crowdlitoken's ecosystem.
2. Bond Income
If you do not allocate your CRTs to specific properties, you will receive the minimum interest rate (1.25% - 3.00%). For this you will need to pass KYC/AML requirements & you will enter the Crowdlitoken ecosystem.
3. Real Estate Income
With this option you can tie your CRTs to specific properties and you will receive cash payouts based on the actual net returns of those properties. On your dashboard, you need to select the option 'CRT-cash' to receive cash payouts in either CHF, Euro or ETH. You also need to pass KYC/AML requirements in order to make use of this investment opportunity.
4. Portfolio Growth
the Portfolio Growth option allows you to reinvest your profits into your selected properties. You do this by selecting the option 'CRT-Reinvest' on your Crodlitoken dashboard. KYC/AML requirements apply to this form of investment.

Crowdlitoken STO Information
Crowdlitoken's STO is issued on the Ethereum blockchain as an ERC-20 token, allowing for quick and easy distribution to investors. Below you can see a full overview of the token's distribution scheme and other vital information about the token's characteristics.
Important to note is that you will always be able to receive a minimum repayment of 0.70 CHF per token, making this a potentially safer investment than most other tokens issued on the Ethereum blockchain. Crowdlitoken is currently still in the private sale phase, allowing you to buy tokens at the least expensive rates available. A minimum investment of 5,000 CHF is required in this investment round.

My Verdict
Being a citizen of Belgium, the services offered by Crowdlitoken greatly interested me, due to their involvement in the European real estate market. I've noticed that they are able to offer investments in properties all over the Benelux countries, which is a market I'm personally familiar with.
By looking at some of the examples of their investment dashboard prototype, I can safely say that it will be incredibly easy to invest in real estate through their platform, while still retaining the ability to fine-tune what you exactly invest in.
I am definitely enticed to make an investment myself, once the public sale starts!
