Less than a week

A lovely Greek salad today, a house salad yesterday. I love fresh veggies and the possibilities are endless. I wish more restaurants would offer a greater variety at reasonable prices as I eat out a lot. A platter of grilled eggplant, garlicky haricot vert, skinny caramelized carrots, roasted asparagus, grilled corn and peaches, fresh peas, sautéed mushrooms, steamed cabbage, grilled radicchio...I’d be in heaven. Salads don’t have to be raw or boring (do they?).
