Grilled Cheese
In grad school I lived off "trash can grilled cheese" which is when you take all the food in your fridge that is about to go bad, sautee it up and stick it between two pieces of bread and cheese and make a poor (wo)man's panini with it. I could definitely do this for the rest of my life.
Never heard of this but it sounds amazing!
