Horseradish all the way. While I like neither, horseradish is a traditional Polish accompaniement for a lot of things. My mom eats it a lot. I would rather channel my inner Polish genes and be the Polaka I meant to be with a spoonful of horseradish and then wash my mouth with a shot of Vodka :D
