How will it handle voting if more users join than the voting power % is able to curate on while remaining at a high level?
Will votes be scaled in some way depending on the amount donated or evenly for everyone involved?

The mechanism to regulate for too much new users joining for the moment is with constantly increasing minimum amount to join, so the number of new users getting in will be more limited and they will be boosting the SP more. The Voting Power percentage already has some adjustment in order for things to work properly as there are more than 100 users. Additional rules may be implemented in the future in order to keep the project functioning as intended....
