Hand stand push up, i should stay at home :)

It definitely was not my training. After two years of CrossFit, I am still unable to do the simplest thing - stand on my hands. I will not mention pumps.
The training was divided into two parts. The second one left me much better. So I can trump success, half :)

HSPU - hands stand push up, straszne:)


DU - double jumps on a rope - it seems easy? is not !

SIT UPS - everyone knows it :)
