Constructive Critics 建设性批评者

We are living in a critical time in which many people tend to criticise thoughtlessly. Being critical can be helpful if it helps to build up or to resolve the problem. There are various types of critics.

The first type of critics are those who tend to condemn. It means that they gloat over another person’s failure or misfortune. They cause additional pain to people who are already disappointed. Instead of lifting up people, their criticism turns people into a desperate situation.

The second type of critics are those who tend to correct others. They are quick in passing their judgement. Their criticism is usually not well received because they are inconsiderate of the real situation of the people they criticise.

The third type of critics are considerate and compassionate people. They are empathetic when passing any criticism. They can be referred to as the constructive critics. They criticise to provide a way to help people to get out of their disappointed or desperate situation. Their criticism is more likely received if they are able to connect with those whom they criticise empathetically.

As the world is in a critical time, may we have less critics who tend to condemn or to correct, but more constructive critics.

我们生活在一个问题重重的时代，许多人会倾向缺乏深思的批评。如果批评有助于建立或解决问题，那么对于面对困境的世界会有所帮助。的确，今天有不同类型的批评者。

第一类批评者倾向于谴责人。这意味着他们对别人的失败或不幸采取幸灾乐祸的态度。他们会给已经失望的人带来额外的痛苦。他们的批评不会提升人，反而会让人陷入绝望的境地。

第二种批评者是那些乐于纠正别人。他们很快就下了判断，但是通常他们会不受欢迎，因为他们的批评没有客观地考虑到真实的情况。

第三类评论者是体贴和富有同情心的人。在作出任何批评时，他们具有同理心，所以他们可以被称为建设性的批评者。他们批评是为了帮助人摆脱他们失望或绝望的情况。如果他们能够好好的連系他们要批评的人，然后才带出建设性的批评，则他们所提出的就更有可能被接纳。

当世界处于困难时刻，我们需要减少倾向于谴责或纠正人的批评者，却要增加具建设性的批评者。
