Xapo detecto ataques de Phishin a sus usuarios
El día de ayer me llego un correo de xapo, advirtiéndome de ataques "phishing" a sus usuarios.
Como sabemos Phishing es el método mas utilizado por los hackers para obtener información confidencial de forma fraudulenta, en Xapo obtendrían tu E-mail, numero de PIN, numero de celular y podrían realizar retiros de tu cuenta.
En la siguiente imagen vemos una copia de la pagina web de xapo, donde claramente se puede observar que es diferente a la original:

Para evitar estos fraudes tenemos que considerar lo siguiente:
- Nunca entres los 6 dígitos del código SMS en una web, solo utilizarla en la versión de celular.
- Asegúrese que sea una pagina segura HTTPS
- Confirme que la dirección sea
- Tenga cuidado de cualquier mensaje electrónico, especialmente si tiene enlaces a paginas web
- Recuerden que Xapo nunca pide credenciales por correo electrónico.
