In our previous post we started talking about some altcoins that, in our opinion, are worth taking a closer look at. The main criteria here is an existing business or working platform behind a coin.
One of such coins is POT - a currency that evolved after the Litecoin’s fork. The emission is 420 000 000 coins. This currency was designed in order to facilitate legal marijuana sales. Given that the medical marijuana market is already over 10 billion dollars, the idea is not that bad! Add to that the speed of the parent Litecoin transactions, and we are looking into an asset with some potential.
Another plus here is that POT current capitalization is only $40 000 000, which means there is a lot of room for growth. It’s also famous for being pumped once in a while.
The chart shows that for the last year and a half the coin has been moving in a narrowing triangle, shaped by the resistance line 1 and support line 2. But random spikes sometimes reach up to 1000% of the current price. In our opinion it’s a good sign that investors believe in the future of this asset. We think the coins is going through a period of the price consolidation and will start growing steadily at some point.
