MediBloc a technological innovation of medical care.

MediBloc can be defined as a block chain platform based on the registration, storage of detailed medical information of patients who go to a public or private care center, in order to guarantee reliable care through protected personal data that facilitates the medical personal unique and specific information. The clinical information must be for each patient that is attended in the institution, in which the integral attention of the same one is initiated and registers, during its hospitalization, ambulatory attention. This information can be registered through a network of blocks that share one, two or more medical institutions in order to provide the same information and provide fast and efficient care.

The main objective of MediBloc is to make health care data more accessible while stimulating the content of medical information in order to go according to the technology. It is a decentralized health information system that promotes:

The monetary gain: Patients can save time and money by having easier access to their health data. They can sell their health data to researchers.

The best medical quality: Health care providers can reduce medical error and provide better care by having a complete picture of the individual's health information.

Accelerate innovation: Researchers can make medical advances at a faster pace by having easier access to specific health data.

MediBloc will once again put the health record data in the hands of patients and allow the owners of the data to decide who can see the documents.

Anticipate fraud and data loss. Through a backup of the data that only reliable health care affiliates will have access to the editing data. Since the data modifications are transparent for all users of the block chain, unethical adjustments are very unlikely.

The token reward system ERC20 MED encourages data owners to contribute to the data ecosystem through the empowerment of profits.

The global exchange of information in real time among the medical community will stimulate medical progress and reduce the unnecessary repetition of data. Medical staff will not have to wait for updated information, which will ultimately provide more efficient care with a higher probability of a correct diagnosis.

Only two exchanges currently support the trade of MediBloc-Coinrail and Gateio. New users can buy BTC or ETH currencies at sites that allow credit card purchases, such as Bitstamp or Coinbase, and then deposit them in their respective wallets in Coinrail or Gate.io.

The platform is a decentralized application (DApp) formulated in the virtual machine Ethereum (EVM), three layers create the general structure of the platform: core, service and application. In the three layers, the information that will be maintained is related to personal information, medical data and the balance of the MED account (users, suppliers, researchers).

• MediBloc Core: as blockchain storage is limited, the Core layer provides additional storage to counter the loss of health care data.

• MediBloc Service: using Smart Contract technology, this layer connects the application layer with the Core layer and allows the "input / output of data through the connection with the Core layer".

• MediBloc Application: this layer allows people to use several applications (for example, mobile applications) to access and manage information.

The platform will use the Medi Point (MP) system, a point-based system that measures user participation. To obtain a higher MP, one can buy it with MED or contribute to the data network. After collecting MP and waiting three months, you can convert your MP to MED. As indicated above, the MED token can be used in medical transactions such as insurance payments. Unlike MED tokens, MPs are used in the verification process and do not leave the platform.

MediBloc's mission is to improve access and experience in health by redistributing the value of personal health care data, accelerating global change towards the decentralization of private information.
