Vince Foster came from Arkansas with the Clinton's, having worked at the same firm as HRC.
Ken Starr's original report stated there was a single wound caused by a .38 gunshot. Not mentioned in the official report is the neck wound caused by a smaller caliber, such as a .22... which begs the question of how does someone commit suicide with two different gunshots?

I find this case to be super interesting... seems like he was definitely "suicided" by the Clintons - 'Arkancide' is more appropriate term i guess.
An interesting piece of information is that there was no blood found at the crime scene. EMT workers took special notice of the fact. Looking forward to your updates!
