Main Occurrence.
On 22.03.2015 at about 11-00 a.m, I alongwith Allah Ditta PW were passing from in front of the house of Khadim Hussain accused persons. At that time, Khadim Hussain, Sohail Ahmed, Falak Sher and Sajjad Haider directed us to convey their message to Muhammad Hanif deceased that they would forcibly take the possession of Ihata/house belonging to the deceased. We went to the house of Muhammad Hanif deceased. Meanwhile, the aforesaid accused persons came there and trespassed into the house of Muhammad Hanif deceased by scaling over the wall of the main gate of the house. We and other respectables intervened and requested accused persons to leave the said house. On the same day, at evening time, aforesaid accused persons again came to the house of deceased and forcibly trespassed into the house in order to occupy the house. They also gave beating and manhandled Muhammad Hanif deceased, as a result of which he died.

                Keeping in view the statement of complainant and his accompanying witnesses the petition for commencement of case is either accepted for regular hearing or is rejected for disposal.. The final verdict is given after perusing the record available/attached with the file..
