For such a classic see-sawing contest to be decided on by who hit the most boundaries was a bit of an anticlimax really. Surely this needed multiple Super Overs until a winner was decided.

I don't think anticlimactic would be the term I would choose to describe what happened yesterday. I can imagine if you are New Zealander you would feel hard done by but then this wasn't a rule that was just made up on the spot to favour England so if they or anyone felt it was intrinsically to their disadvantage then they should have made their complaints before the tournament started.
Alternatively, we could have decided it in the same manner as the Australia v South Africa semi-final of 1999 which ended in a tie ;-)
