Big mistake in giving man of the match in first T20

In first T20 between India and Ireland n which has won by 76 run which was played on wednesday.India scored 208/5
Indian opener Shikhar dhawan and Rohit sharma scored a record partnership of 160 runs for the first wicket.Shikhar dhawan received a award for the fastest fifty in just 27 balls.
Indian bowler kuldeep yadav took 4 wickets in 4 overs at the loss of 21 run.He got the title of Man of the Match for his impeccable performance.
Instead of giving title to the Kuldeep yadav ,Rohit sharma was entitle for the award for his great knock of 97.He still remain in the pitch upto 19.3 overs.
