Starting out as a Cabin Crew

Hey all,

I’m an ex cabin crew I have worked for both Ryanair and Qatar Airways.

I started working in the aviation industry when I was 19, the first airline I worked for was Ryanair. The training took place over a number of weeks in Hahn Germany. I was based in a few different cities while working for Ryanair which was a great opportunity to try out living in different cities in Europe.

While still working for Ryanair I was offered a job working for Qatar Airways in Doha Qatar. I travelled to Doha and began training all over again.

While I was working for QR I had the opportunity to fly too many different places, I had the chance to visit places which I may never have seen and to fly on some of the most advanced passenger aircraft in the world. I started out on A320/A321/A330 and later I was trained on 777/787 Boeing is best in my opinion so I was really excited when I started flying on these A/C.

In all I was part of aviation for a total of three years. In that time I had the opportunity to travel, to meet interesting people from all different cultures and backgrounds and to be part of a truly amazing industry.
