I've got a quick and reliable solution to this problem. Bring back gender-segregated education in the public schools here in the United States of America. I'm sure that other nations have that system, and they have less teenage pregnancies than the United States of America does. The less access teenage girls and teenage boys have to each other, the less likely anyone will become pregnant before they graduate from high school.
