Getting Creative In Three Simple Steps

 

Creativity is the rare ability or quality to invent or create. Most times when we visit or spend time with our friends and family we wonder how they could be so creative, so quick to bring up innovative Idea, its almost as if they don't even try at all, as if they just seem to have this supernatural gift. 

In reality we all have this gift, in fact we were all born with it. The difference between you and your super power friends is just the mind set. Consciously  or unconsciously they have trained their minds over a long period of time and is has resulted in what we refer to as creativity. 

If you study these people well enough you realize that they are different from the general public or usually have a way standing out from the crowd and being unique. 

This is a result or a manifestation of the conscious or unconscious training which they have undergone. Now the next question that must have gone through your mind while reading this could be, how can I train myself to be creative?

Well the truth is, its not simple and is actually a bit tasking. As we all know our brain is one the most powerful organ in our bodies and every trait, ability or quality we posses today originated a while back and it has slowly grown. So for your creative skill to grow you have spend time on some particular things consciously. 

These people who are very creative and have mastered it through the unconscious method have had characters that help them become creative and these characters or actions may be things they enjoy, so they are creative without actually trying. For you not to be creative enough it means you do not posses these traits or participate on any action that helps it. 

Now these actions that need to be practiced are as follows; 

The very first thing you need is quiet time, yes you need sometime to yourself, a quiet time where no one disturbs you and far from noise. 

Some people accompany it with doing things they love during this quite time. Some pray, some read , some even meditate. These are all very good ways to spend your quiet time, irrespective of the actions being done during this quiet time it actually helps and the aim is to put the mind at rest, to relax and make peace with your thoughts.


The second practice is to reduce sexual activity. Yes sex is great and pleasurable but for your creative power to come up, your sexual activity have to come down, these sexual activities include sex,  masturbation, watching pornography etc. The truth is that sexual activities are actually very powerful and takes a lot of energy and a big part of the mind. This energy used in sexual activity is so great that if one could channel this energy into something else he or she is most likely to succeed. In fact this is the most effective way to increase the creativity of the mind.

Another practise is exercise, exercise is actually very important for the human body and mind. It has been said that during exercise the brain is actually stimulated, so a daily form of exercise would also help increase your creative power.

If one can follow these three practices for a few months, he or she would begin to experience changes in the way he or she thinks and ultimately lead to increase in creativity.
