Movement, creativity IS the answer. It’s one of the most powerful forces! Why? Because we get to choose to use passion as a driving force with everything we do. We are constantly in a state of creating our reality. 💥

Creativity takes us beyond our own mental ‘limits’ and beyond ourselves. We are tapping into a state of unlimited potential. Which is in fact a spiritual practice because we are unleasing our power to co-create with our reality. To participate! 💎🌀

You are the one expressing it and giving it life. Listening to that creative call requires you to slow down and listen... so you will find the treasures that are hidden inside of you. 😍
