How Do They Limit Creativity and Innovation In Particular?

How do they limit creative and inventive thinking in particular? If you think I'm going to give you the answers, let me make it clear, I have not written a book about creativity.

This is not an argument; it is not even speculation. It is a fact. You see, as people become more comfortable in their work environments, they tend to take on a certain mindset that is almost "programmed" into them.

If you are creative and innovative, it is no longer an option. But it's certainly not a new problem. The way most of us operate is that we find ways to be creative and innovative, because they are the only things that pay our bills. But what we fail to realize is that the things that pay our bills will always be based upon creative and inventive thinking.

In short, when you are creative, you can think beyond the "usual". When you are not creative, you tend to think like a machine, where your thinking is based upon what you think the other person wants and needs.

If you're creative and innovative, chances are good that your thinking will be very different from someone who thinks in terms of "the norm". It is likely that you'll be someone who is willing to experiment with different ways of thinking.

Think about it for a minute. What's the first thing you do when you are faced with a new problem? First of all, you do not think. You don't start thinking, you evaluate, evaluate.

If you are creative and innovative, chances are you will be someone who is willing to try new things. You may even be willing to try something that is completely outside your comfort zone.

So how do they limit creative and innovative thinking in particular? Are they the ones who say, "no"? Or are they the ones who say, "do it yourself"?

I can tell you that there is one-step-at-a-time approach to creativity, and that is "do it right". I can also tell you that the one-step-at-a-time approach requires a great deal of work. If you want to get anywhere in life, it takes a lot of work. But if you want to achieve greatness, it takes a lot of work.

Creative people are often times those that get into trouble, and are in the trenches of trouble. They are usually a little bit of both. They are also people that have problems in their own lives. They are the ones who are willing to get out of trouble and make it right.

The reason that creative people are often times in trouble is because they are not able to deal with adversity or change their circumstances. It may be that they don't know how to use the tools that are available to them. It may also be that they are not willing to invest the time that they need to get these tools working properly.

Creative people are not the problem. They are the solution.

Most people don't make money by being creative. That's just the way it is. They make money by being innovative. It's really not about what you are or aren't, it's about what you are or aren't not.

The answer is simple. It is not too much of a stretch of the imagination to believe that they have been able to overcome a lot of obstacles themselves, in order to accomplish the things that they have.

Some people have been able to overcome more than one obstacle. Others have overcome a wide variety of obstacles. Still others have overcome all of the obstacles, but they haven't achieved anything substantial or significant.

There's no question that the creative people have succeeded. The problem is that a lot of people are looking at what these people have accomplished and thinking that the reason for their success is simply luck, or luck on their part. They are not realizing that it was their own personal efforts, and efforts of other people that caused their success.

Certainly, and despite so much technological evolution, the entire work environment only generates an uncreative pattern of behavior in its employees
